Identifying information on documents you send electronically for Braille transcription or translation is stored securely under password protection and away from the Internet. Print information is kept in a lockable cabinet. Data our customers entrust to us for the purposes of rendering an alternate-format copy is destroyed upon completion of the project. No third-party or sub-contracting company shall have access to confidential customer data for any purpose other than specific tasks commissioned by valleys wordWorks: i.e., embossing; printing; or mailing. We guarantee best practices by any sub-contractor.

Customer satisfaction and returns
We will do everything possible to ensure that the customer is involved in print, Braille or tactile document production and therefore understands what the finished product will contain. No returns shall be accepted if the customer is not happy with document content.
However if the wrong document was shipped or is shown to be incorrect in some way through the fault of Valleys WordWorks or its sub-contractors, a new document shall be produced at no extra charge to the customer.
Top-Braille Returns and Warranty
Any new Top-Braille carries a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase.
Returns are accepted and full refund issued within ninety (90) days provided the unit is returned in its packaging with all box contents undamaged and in the condition in which they were shipped.
Top-Braille Repairs and Shipping
Repairs to the Top-Braille Braille cell and casing will be carried out by Valleys WordWorks. If it is deemed that the unit must be replaced, we will do so at no charge to the customer, within the warranty period.
Valleys WordWorks will pay for all shipping for repairs within the first ninety (90) days of purchase.
Where possible, shipping charges are absorbed by Valleys WordWorks. Braille and tactile graphics are bulky and can often be shipped as “articles for the blind” both within the UK and internationally. However there may be instances where a parcel must be shipped by some expedited means. IF this is the case, we will alert the customer before adding shipping charges. Valleys WordWorks does not accrue any income through shipping charges.
Valleys WordWorks is not VAT-registered at this time. Thus no VAT is applied to goods or services we sell.
Valleys WordWorks is not responsible for the content of websites accessed via our site.
Though we only post content of which we approve, the opinions expressed on external sites are not those of Valleys wordWorks.
